time, or en masse, but nevertheless, I must be
notified, or you risk lacking insurance coverage
should an incident occur.
2) Fundraising is a year-round event for
many of the Units, Clubs and Caravans.
EVERY fundraiser, whether it be a Charitable,
or a Fraternal Fundraiser, MUST also receive
approval from the Potentate, and International
Headquarters. You may contact my Office for
a form, however, I am currently working to put
the form on our website, so that you may simply
download it from there. In any event, you must
fill it out and return it to my Office. I will take it
from there, and after all the necessary approvals,
will return it to you. Please don’t hesitate to ask
any questions, I’ll do my best to answer them.
Remember, this is your Shrine, and the
Recorder’s office will do whatever we can to
assist you. Please do not hesitate to call on me if
I may be of any assistance.

SYRIA PATROL UNIT NEWSLETTER

Not much happening with the Patrol right now. Selling tickets for our
TV raffle at the gun bash. We have a few parades lined up.
One of our members and a member's lady had open heart surgery and
both seem to be doing very well.
No more Lone Stranger episodes. By the way, any patrolmen who have
uniforms and don't intend to march any longer please turn in your uniforms
so new members can use them.
The Shrine has some nice parties lined up. Check the Voice for times.
